DELIVERY & PAYMENTS

1. DELIVERY

1. Delivery is available to selected countries within the European Union (EU), as indicated during the checkout process.

2. All YULIYA BABICH products are designed and manufactured in Poland, using carefully selected premium-quality fabrics.

3. Orders are shipped directly from Poland through professional courier and logistics companies.

4. The available delivery methods and shipping costs depend on the destination country and are clearly displayed during checkout, before the Customer confirms the order.

5. The estimated delivery time within Poland is 5–7 business days from order confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

6. For deliveries to other European Union countries, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on the destination and courier service. The applicable delivery estimate will be communicated before the order is placed.

7. Certain products are manufactured after an order is placed. Where a longer production or delivery period applies, this information will be provided to the Customer before purchase.

8. Delivery times are estimates. The Seller will inform the Customer of any significant delays. Unless a different delivery period has been expressly agreed, Goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after conclusion of the Sales Contract, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

9. The Seller is responsible for the Goods until the Customer or a designated third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of them, except where the Customer independently commissions a carrier not offered by the Seller, in accordance with applicable law.

10. Deliveries between European Union member states are generally not subject to customs clearance or import duties. Applicable taxes are included in the final price in accordance with relevant tax legislation.

11. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If delivery is unsuccessful, the Customer should contact Customer Support to arrange an appropriate solution.

12. In the event of a delivery delay or failure to deliver, Customers retain all rights provided under applicable Polish and European Union consumer protection legislation.

2. PAYMENTS

1. All product prices are displayed in the currency indicated in the Online Store and include applicable taxes, including VAT where required by law.

2. The total amount payable, including any applicable shipping charges, is clearly displayed before the Customer places an order.

3. The following payment methods may be available, depending on the options offered during checkout:

   • Przelewy24 — secure online payments.

   • Credit and Debit Cards — including Visa and Mastercard, where supported.

   • Apple Pay and Google Pay — where available through the payment provider.

   • Bank Transfer — standard transfer to the Seller's designated bank account.
