RETURNS
Each product sold in the store Yuliya Babich can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. The condition is returning the goods unused and clean, with original tags sewn, odorless eg .: creams, perfumes.
Given the nature of our products and in accordance with applicable law, the possibility of reimbursement does not cover products that are made to order; the consumer's specifications or adapted in such a way that they serve meet its individual needs. In case of doubt, please contact us before ordering.
How do I return the goods?
- Contact our Customer Support - info@yuliyababich.pl
- Print and fill out the form, return / complaint / exchange.
- Pack the products with exactly the completed form and invoice / proof of purchase.
- Send the product returned to the following address:

With marked "Return"
- Do not forget to include proof of purchase in the form of a delivery note and a receipt that was attached to received your order.
- Refunds will be done within 14 days from the date of receipt of return. Form refund will be by bank transfer.
EXCHANGE
Each product sold in the store Yuliya Babich can be replaced within 14 days of receipt of the shipment. The condition is returning the goods unused and clean, with original tags sewn, odorless eg .: creams, perfumes.
How to replace the product:
- Contact our Customer Service. Please indicate your preferred day and time of arrival of the courier. Please provide 4-hour intervals. For returns from abroad, shipping costs paid by the customer.
- With phrases in Poland, you will receive an order confirmation courier.
- Print and fill out the form, return / complaint / exchange.
- Pack the products with exactly the completed form and invoice / proof of purchase.
- Send the product returned to the following address:

With a note "Replacing"
- Once we receive your shipment, within 7 days, we will send you your chosen product.
- Due to your convenience and safety you send things postage on Polish territory covered by the shop Yuliya Babich. Use our courier. Shipments "COD" do not answer.
- For returns from abroad, shipping costs paid by the customer.
COMPLAINTS
According to the law the consumer goods sold electronically are covered by 2-year warranty. During this period, the customer is entitled to claim the goods.
WARNING! No confirmation of purchase excludes the possibility of the complaint.
How to complain:
- Print and fill out the form, return / complaint / exchange.
- Pack the products with exactly the completed form and invoice / proof of purchase.
- Courier delivery on Polish territory covered by the shop Yuliya Babich. In case of complaints from abroad for Polish shipping costs paid by the customer

The customer can select a preferred form of the complaint. There are: product repair, refund or exchange for a new one. We make a deposit refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. Form of return will be via bank transfer.
Due to the unique nature of many products may be the case that we will not be able to replace the advertised product with a new one. In this case there would be a refund.
